Boston residents can celebrate the 70th anniversary of Carnaval de Québec + Montréal en Lumière for one day in the Seaport on Friday, Nov. 3. Bonjour Québec is hosting this activation to showcase the Canadian province as the premiere winter travel destination for entertainment, culture, and gastronomy.

The free event is open to the public and will feature classic winter carnival activities and experiences. Read: live ice sculpting, live music, snowball corn hole, and an appearance from the official mascot — Bonhomme.

Visitors can also try the classic Québec treat Sucrerie de la Montagne, aka “maple candy on snow.”

Pop by the event at 60 Seaport Blvd. from 11 a.m to 8 p.m. on Friday to see the best of Québec without leaving the city.
