Mass Beer Week is back and we have a whole lot of craft beer to celebrate — with 214 breweries in the Bay State, there’s one week dedicated to the local suds.
Mass Brewers Guild is hosting events March 5-12 and we have you covered on all the local events so all you have to do is drink it all in.
🍻 Harpoon St. Patrick’s Festival | Fri., Mar. 4-Sat., Mar. 5 | Times vary | Harpoon Brewery, 306 Northern Ave. | $30+ | Thousands of local beer lovers will unite for this popular weekend of live music + flowing taps.
🍻 Revelry “Nawlins” Cuisine | Sat. Mar. 5 | 2 p.m. | Idle Hands Craft Ales, 89 Commercial St., Malden | Price of purchase | Feast on New Orleans classics with a beer in hand.
🍻 Women in Beer Panel | Tues., Mar. 8 | 6 p.m. | Harpoon Brewery, 306 Northern Ave. | Free | Celebrate International Women’s Day + Mass Beer Week with a panel of women in the beer industry — $1 will be donated to Pink Boots for each pint.
🍻 Mac and Cheese Beer Pairing | Wed., Mar. 9 | 5-10 p.m. | Night Shift Brewery, 87 Santilli Hwy., Everett | Price of purchase | Night Shift Eats by Brato will be making a special mac and cheese baked with Night Shift beer.
🍻 Pup Chug | Sat., Mar. 12 | 1-3 p.m. | Night Shift Brewery, 87 Santilli Hwy., Everett | $5 | Enter your dog in the Pup Chug or just watch the friendly competition, which will be split into large dogs and small/medium dogs. All proceeds will be donated to the Northeast Animal Shelter.
🍻 Mac and Cheese Flight Night | Sat., Mar. 12 | 3-9 p.m. | Lamplighter Brewing Co., 284 Broadway | Price of purchase | Brato Brewhouse & Kitchen will be making a special mac and cheese flight to pair with your beer.
There will also be a chance to let your photo skills shine in the #MassBeerWeek2022 Photo Contest. Use the hashtag and tag @massbeerweek and the brewery pictured for the chance to win a $50 gift card to any local brewery + prizes for second and third place. All the winners will be announced on Tues., March 15.
