Imagine coming home to rooftop deck and a seasonal beer garden.

Everett will soon be the home of three new apartment buildings along the Malden River. Local developers V10 Development have filed plans to use a vacant site and parking lot for a new 840,000-sqft project that will create 591 units with 592 parking spaces.

The proposed Residences at Rivergreen would include three five-story residential buildings near the Rivergreen Park + the Malden River. The plans feature a mix of studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units for rent for all types of residents, from young professionals to retirees.

The amenities range from the typical pool, gym, and rooftop features, to various sports and rec courtyards, a co-working space, and an on-site craft beer garden. The developers will partner with Night Shift Brewing and Koffee N’Box for the outdoor coffee + beer garden.

The project team is awaiting approval from the Everett Planning Board.
