We’re about to go to flavortown, again.

Guy Fieri is opening his second Boston venture on Thurs., Dec. 9 at the former location of the European-style bistro Explorateur, located at 186 Tremont St.

Guy Fieri’s Boston Kitchen + Bar will have a similar concept to the other locations of hisKitchen + Bar restaurants, with plenty of fan favorites. Bostonians can expect to take a bite out of some delicious dishes with a local spin.

Not sure what you’ll order first? Here are a few items that might fit the bill.

The Motley Que is a signature pulled pork sandwich that had its 15 minutes of fame on Guy’s show. We are also eyeing the pastrami egg rolls, jalapeño pig poppers, and bacon mac ‘n’ cheese burgers. Don’t skip the iconic trash can nachos or the fried chicken with the spicy honey.

It wouldn’t be a Boston restaurant if there wasn’t a hot pastrami grinder, clam chowda, or a lobster roll on the menu.

Vegan friendly options will also be available, like the Buffalo cauliflower with hummus.

The bar will be stacked with a variety of margaritas, the BBQ Bloody Mary, candy apple sangria, a very Boston-inspired espresso martini + a beer and wine selection.

Restaurant-goers can make dinner plans at the new establishment Thursday-Saturdays. The eatery will open at 4:30 p.m. with plans to expand to lunch service later.

If you just can’t wait to try Guy’s dishes, make a reservation at his first Boston restaurant Tequila Cocina in the West End, and get an order of those tasty trash can nachos.
