Boston Children’s Hospital has received a $75,000 donation from a new charitable foundation at Jordan’s Furniture, created to support families and children in need. Have you heard of Boston in 100 Words? It’s a writing contest that invites all Bostonians to share a story about life in Boston in 100 words or less.
Stories about everyday life in Boston-area communities will be reviewed by a team of local writers, and the winning submissions will be displayed on large illustrated posters throughout the city. You can submit up to five stories, and there’s a cash prize for the top three winners.
