For the dog mom

Saturday, May 13 is National Dog Mom’s Day. Bring your pup to Bone Up Brewing for the Dog Mom’s Marketplace. Shop local vendors, sip beer (for both you and your dog), and even paint your pet.

For the brunch bunch

Cambridge Brewing Company still has a few reservations available, featuring the return of the beloved Hangover Wrap.

For all-day eats

You’ve got two options at The Beehive. Take them to the Queen Bee Brunch for a prix fixe menu and live music from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Or you could stop by for the Mom Supper from 5-10 p.m. and enjoy the a la carte menu + live music from 7-11 p.m. (The third option is to do both, but we recommend a nap in between.) Either way, be sure to snag a reservation.

For the musical mom

Catch a matinee performance of Beetlejuice at the Citizens Bank Opera House at 1 p.m. or see the 6:30 p.m. performance.

For the crowd that prefers a different music scene, head to the Berklee College of Music for a performance by pianist and student, Esli Honore.

Formula 1 fans have a reason to race to the Boston Seaport next year. F1 Arcade — the world’s first F1 racing simulator — is set to open in Boston as early as March 2024. The venue will be among the first of 20 locations slated for the next five years.

The 16,000-sqft venue will include 69 full-motion racing simulators. If all that racing makes you hungry, virtual racers will be able to feast on a menu, featuring dishes like seabass ceviche and wagyu beef burgers. (Don’t worry — there will also be a cocktail bar.)
