Celebrating a special occasion or simply craving a romantic retreat?

Boston is a “rise and grind” city — but every so often, it’s nice to rise...and relax.

Treat your partner to a couple’s staycation this Valentine’s Day at Boston’s Seaport District and experience the ultimate urban oasis.

The Love And Luxury: Seaport Romance package includes:
  • A sparkling welcome: A chilled bottle of rosé sets the mood in your spacious harbor-view guestroom accompanied by artisanal chocolates.
  • The chance to relax: Unwind together with a 10% discount at Breve Spa. We suggest a couples massage getting pampered into pure bliss.
  • Late checkout: Linger a little longer and soak up the romance with a late checkout at 1 p.m.
Along with luxe accommodations, enjoy a concierge pre-call to assist with any special romantic requests.

During your stay, we recommend savoring a delectable dinner for two at Coquette, the hotel’s signature restaurant, overlooking the twinkling city lights and continuing the culinary journey with breakfast in bed. Waking up to a delightful in-room breakfast, served right to your door for a morning of cozy indulgence? Yes, please.
Sealed with a stay at the Seaport

It just got easier to pretend it’s still summer at Park-9 Dog Bar. The year-round indoor dog park + bar in Everett has announced a residency with Big Pig Barbecue, who’s setting up shop at Park-9 for the next three months.

The North Shore food truck will park outside the 10,000-sqft business to serve Southern-style smash burgers, nachos, prime brisket, pulled pork + chicken, collard greens, mac ’n’ cheese, and loaded fries. Menu items designed specifically for pups are also in the works.

Hours for the pop-up are from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, and 12 to 9 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Break out your boots for Park-9’s special Country Fest Weekend this Saturday, Jan. 27 + Sunday, Jan. 28, which lassos live country music, mechanical bull rides, and specialty cocktails.

The current Noah Kahan craze has apparently reached local nurseries. According to new data from Boston 311, Noah was the city’s second most popular name for baby boys in 2023. Other names that topped last year’s list include Liam, Henry, Olivia, Emma, and Sophia. Now all we need is a lullaby version of “Stick Season.”
