Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology recently broke ground on its new Nubian Square campus in Roxbury. The college is set to relocate from South End to the new campus upon its anticipated completion in the fall of 2025. (Boston.com)

Three new restaurants are now open at Boston’s Hub Hall: Cini’s Pasta Bar, Bati, and Adriano’s. The Italian pasta bar, Indian eatery, and soul food restaurant, respectively, are serving up dishes in the food hall located by North Station. (Boston Restaurant Talk)
Edu
After adopting a test-optional policy in 2020, Harvard announced that it will reinstitute standardized tests as a requirement for admission. The test score requirement will begin with the class of 2029 — aka students applying for fall 2025 admission. (WBUR)

Don’t call it a comeback. Tom Brady is prepping to kick off his 10-year, $375 million contract with Fox, but during a recent appearance on the “DeepCut with VicBlends” podcast the seven-time Super Bowl winner said he’s not opposed to a possible return to the gridiron. (Boston.com)

$13,000. That’s how much one Somerville homeowner’s water bill was. The city began adjusting bills to account for retroactive water usage after installing updated meters. Somerville’s Water Director advises those who think their bills are inaccurate to contact that department to have an investigation opened. (7 News)
