For ten consecutive Sundays beginning in late June, cars will be prohibited along eight Back Bay blocks to allow for visitors to walk freely to local restaurants and businesses.
The closure will impact the area from Berkeley Street to Massachusetts Avenue from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. The intersections of Fairfield Street, Gloucester Street, and Hereford Street will be car-free. The remaining intersections will be open for public safety access and general traffic flow.
