There’s a new arts + community space coming to Fenway, planned by developer Samuels & Associates.

Formerly a Gulf gas station, the site at 1400 Boylston St. is transforming into “The Station.” The project is expect to open sometime this month and host:

  • A wine garden on Thursdays and Fridays
  • Breakfast Beats with a DJ on Friday mornings
  • Flea markets on Sundays
  • An art gallery beginning mid-September
  • Board games for community members to borrow

This programming is slated to run through the end of October. Eventually, the site will be developed into a 553,000 sqft office and research building (along with the Star Market next door).

Find the gathering space next to 401 Park and stay tuned for more details on Instagram.
