Boston Public Market’s new vendor is fresh out of the oven

Hearth & Hug Bakery will be serving fresh pastries, cakes, and breads this month.

There will be a dozen cookie and bar selections, including chocolate chunk, oatmeal, and blondies.

You knead to feast on the fresh baked pastries, cakes, and breads from the Boston Public Market’s newest food vendor — Hearth & Hug Bakery.

Owner Natalie Hug has opened the public market’s first full-service bakery this month. Here’s what you can expect on the menu:

  • Cakes and pies
  • Breads like focaccia, sourdough, and challah
  • Whoopie pies
  • Dulce de leche coconut macaroons
  • Cacio e pepe cheese straws
  • Breakfast pastries (think: croissants, scones + muffins)
  • Rice Krispie Treats
  • Madeleines

Stop by the bakery at 100 Hanover St. Wednesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
