This new attraction is a cream come true for ice cream lovers. The Museum of Ice Cream will open a location in Boston’s Seaport District in 2024. Let’s get straight to the pint for what to see and taste next year.

The museum, which will be located at 121 Seaport Blvd., aims to educate visitors about the history of the frozen dessert with immersive and multi-sensory exhibits.

The Boston location will be one of six permanent sites around the world. Guests can expect two floors with 14 interactive installations all dedicated to the sweet treat. Get ready to:

  • Jump in the sprinkle pool
  • Play a game at the Fenway Park-inspired carnival
  • Explore the hall of freezers with dozens of mysterious doors
  • Pose for photos in the uniquely decorated space
