ANNOUNCED
The city that never gets old
Bostonâs new tourism campaign đ
Hot off the presses: a fresh new tagline for Boston. | Photo by @oschapov
The Greater Boston Convention and Visitorâs Bureau has officially re-branded as Meet Boston. With a new name comes a new slogan: âBoston never gets old.â
âBoston makes history but, even now, more than two centuries after sparking the fight for American independence, weâre still forging our identity,â reads the announcement post. âWe were founded, but have never settled.â
Part of the push to give Boston a new reputation? Becoming more inclusive of our cityâs 23 neighborhoods.
This change comes just two weeks after the organization announced a âMeet Me in the Cityâ tourism campaign with Mayor Wu, aimed at bringing more Bostonians and visitors to holiday events.
We want to know: what do you think of the groupâs new tagline? Tell us your thoughts â bonus points if you share other ideas for slogans that could fit Boston.
