The temps are dropping, trees are getting lit, and carolers are caroling. It’s that time of year, so we thought we’d contribute to holiday festivities with our own semi-original song, featuring our favorite topic: Boston.
Now don’t get your stockings in a twist — this isn’t even close to an exhaustive list. We could fill 100 verses with things that are wicked awesome about Boston, but to to keep this short and sweet we’ll just stick to one. So, here you have it: BOStoday’s 12 Days of Boston.

Somerville startup Generate Biomedicines has teamed up with a University of Washington lab to create proteins using artificial intelligence. The new proteins don’t exist in nature and the two most advanced projects are antibodies for treating COVID-19 + asthma. 🧬 (Boston Globe)

Let’s go Fenway Bowl 🏈
College football on first base at Fenway Park
Fenway Park will host the college game in just a few weeks.
Does “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” still apply if it’s a different ball + game?
The Wasabi Fenway Bowl is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 17 at 11 a.m. at Fenway Park. The University of Cincinnati will face off against the University of Louisville.
The stadium’s inaugural football game will transform the iconic baseball diamond into a gridiron.
The 2021 game was canceled due to COVID-19 complications, so this is still the first Division 1 bowl game to be hosted at the historic ballpark.
There are still tickets available for fans of both teams, as well as fans of Fenway. Prices start at $30.
